Features an easy to set, six digit, touch control electronic counter with large digital readout. Preset counter to number of turns required. The winder will stop instantly when preset number is reached. Release foot switch and press reset. The winder is ready for the next coil.

For operator safety, in case of emergency, the winder will stop instantly when the foot switch is released. The foot switch has a long cord for convenient positioning. It utilizes a heavy-duty spur drive gearbox, engineered for extra heavy-duty applications requiring exceptional pulling power.

All controls and speed adjustments are at the operator's fingertips on the front of the winder. Requires air to operate the brake & clutch, 70-PSI pressure and 5.0 cu. in. Consumption to operate. Additional specifications same as 2000 Series manual models.

Maximum torque: fast speed, 210 in Lbs; slow speed, 775 in Lbs. Change speed with gearbox selector.

Features an easy to read 5 digit counter in clear view to reach required turns. Requires air to operate the brake & clutch,70-PSI pressure and 5.0 cu. in. Consumption.
To operate the machine, foot switch must be pressed.The speed adjust crank on the front of the machine will allow adjusting variable speed ranges.

Series 2000 coil winder machines are engineered for extra heavy-duty applications requiring exceptional pulling power plus wide speed ranges. Speeds are variable from 40 - 410 RPM with precise hand wheel settings. All controls are front mounted for easy accessibility. Engage the clutch and the unit immediately winds at set speeds. All models are manually operated with stop-start actuated by foot-pedal combination brake and clutch. Easy to read 5 digit counter in clear view to reach required turns.

Bench Type Winder

 

 

  This compact, low cost coil winder is designed with a 13 1/2" center height to accommodate Crown coil winding heads and can produce field, mush, armature, solenoid, electromagnet and other small coils. It offers unexcelled performance for smaller shops and fits well into larger shops as a second utility winder.
It is engineered for smooth operation with constant torque and positive stopping for precise control over every job. Sealed ball bearings on all shafts guarantee true running without vibration or chatter and a lifetime of maintenance-free performance. This unit has the versatility to handle practically any job coming into the shop giving you the ability to offer a complete winding service package. Easy to read 5 digit counter in clear view to reach required turns.

Clutch and Brake:
Controlled in one operation; engaging the clutch releases the brake. Releasing the clutch automatically engages the brake.
Speed Adjustments:
Simple belt adjustments on three speed pulleys will vary speed to low, medium, or high.
Face Plate Shaft:
Tapped to take standard 1/2" - 13 bolt for quick set-up in winding solenoid, electromagnet, and other small wound coils.
Speed:
Low: 108 rpm, Medium: 220 rpm; High: 440 rpm.
Torque: At Low Speed, 28 ft.lbs.; At Medium Speed, 15 ft.lbs.; at high Speed, 7 ft.lbs.

Attachments Optional:
